Feb.21--THE northeast Jilin Hunchun China-Russia Mutual Trade Zone posted a year-on-year 25 per cent growth in border trade value with Russia to US$500 million in 2012 with Russia border residents in and out the trade zone rising 20 per cent to 156,000 persons, reports Xinhua.

     The China-Russia Mutual Trade Zone in city Hunchun is the only border trade zone in Jilin province opening up to Russia with the approval of setting up from the State Council in 2001, 8.7 kilometres away from Hunchun checkpoint.
