Job Responsibilities:
1. Supports the customer facing organization (Key Account/Field Sales/TeleSales and Trade Lane Teams) by:
2. Preparing quotations and contracts (incl. rate proposals and proposal writing)
3. Supporting the customer contact by preparing customer documents
4. Supporting the customer planning and implementation process
5. Providing customer information, supporting the identification and qualification of Sales leads
6. Analyzing Sales Index
7. Preparing business reviews
8. Preparing Sales reports e.g. Sales Index reports including revenue development, churn rates, hit rates, pipeline size, etc. by Customers
Job Requirements:
1. Broad understanding of the global forwarding industry and the DGF business models
2. Ability to handle multiple and hanging priorities
3. Ability to work effectively, independently and in a Team environment.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. Excellent basic business skills
6. Experience with MS Office e.g. Outlook; experience with CRM tools preferred
